Each day is planned to have the same line-up.
Please note, as can be the nature of airshows, sometimes participating aircraft can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Catching a train is by far the simplest option for getting to the airshow.
FREE shuttle buses will be operating between the following train stations:
Warnervale Train Station
Closer station but less frequent trains.
Tuggerah Train Station
Further away but trains stop more frequently.
Please check the train timetable here. Please allow ample time before your desired arrival time at the airshow.
There are 5 shuttle lines to choose from.
All FREE shuttles start from 7:30am each day and run through-out the day.
Whether you’re catching the train or driving, please plan which shuttle you will need to catch and keep.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Remember the shuttle line colour and the stop number you got on at.

Alternatively there are four off-site carparks with limited spaces available.
There will be FREE shuttle buses running between the off-site carpark and airshow all day.

Limited accessible parking is available at the venue for those with valid Mobility Parking Permits.
Accessible shuttle buses will also be operating on each shuttle line.
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW:
No alcoholic beverages can be brought onto the event site.
No animals are permitted on the event site eg. Dogs.
Automatic Teller Machines will be available onsite, but it is recommended you bring cash with you to avoid queues. Some food vendors and market stalls may accept card payments.
No bicycles will be permitted on the event site.
Cameras and Videos
Cameras and videos are encouraged.
There is no parking available at the airport. Offsite parking will be available a short distance away from the airport. A FREE shuttle bus service will operate to and from the main entrance gate throughout each day of the airshow. There will also be numerous pickup point in the surround areas. See the above transport instructions for further information.
Visitors are permitted and encouraged to bring fold up chairs with them.
Ticket concessions are available for general admission Pension Card holders and senior card holders only. CardS must be shown at the gate upon entry to the event.
Companions accompanying Companion Card holders are eligible for a free general admission ticket (ie. excludes Gold Pass tickets) with a general admission ticket purchase. The free ticket can only be obtained at the window of the ticket office at the main entry gate to the airshow. The purchased ticket and the Companion Card must be shown to receive the free ticket.
Visitors to the event should be aware that the event is not held on a purpose-built site and may pose some challenges for the very young, the elderly and those with mobility issues. Every effort has been made to make the site as accessible as possible however visitors should note there are uneven surfaces through many areas.
A service golf carts will be onsite to assist those who require assistance with mobility. Please ask a volunteer or security if you require assistance.
Disabled amenities are available.
Limited car parking for accredited state disabled permit pass holders ONLY.
Event-specific disabled car passes are not required.
Disabled patrons DO NOT receive a discount on general admission or Gold Pass tickets.
A first aid facility will be located at the event and its location will be marked on the site map and in the program available on the day.
A variety of food stalls will be available throughout the event site. Eskies and picnic hampers will not be permitted. Small snacks are permitted but we do ask that you support the local food vendors for your lunch.
There will be no golf buggies available at the airshow for hire. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own.
Gates open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. (No patrons will be admitted prior to 9:00 am.)
Air display times: 10:00 am – 4:30 pm Saturday & Sunday
Lockers will not be available at the event.
Official merchandise will be available at the event.
Mobile phones are permitted on site, however, due to network congestion, reception may not always be available.
Pass outs will be available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Persons leaving the event who do not obtain a pass out, will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
Pension Card Holders
Concession rates will be available to Pension Card holders when buying tickets online or at the main entrance gate. The Pension Card must be shown at the gate upon entry to the event.
NO refunds will be available unless the event is cancelled.
Scooters and Skateboards
Scooters and Skateboards are not permitted at the event.
Seniors Card Holders
Concession tickets are ONLY available to Pension Card holders and Senior Card Holders.
There is minimal sun shelter available onsite. We encourage patrons to bring an umbrella or low lying sun shelter. Marques will not be permitted. Don’t forget the sunscreen.
A free shuttle bus will be available throughout the airshow days running between the offsite car park and the main entrance gate.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the bounds of the airshow area. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine delivery systems, or other battery powered vaporisers. Those wishing to smoke will need to obtain a Pass-Out which are available at the Main and Gold Pass entry gates. Please be aware that persons leaving the event who do not obtain a Pass-Out will not be able to re-enter the event on the same ticket.
NO student concessions are available for the event.
Under 6 years – free.
6 years to 17 years – Child.
18 years & older – Adult.
General admission tickets are available in advance from the airshow website and will also be available at the gate on the day.
Gold Pass and Group tickets must be pre-purchased from the Airshow website.
Note: Savings to be had by purchasing tickets online comparable to the purchase at the gate.
